a. Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping across the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
b. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
c. Shipping Time & Rates
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
d. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable local courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
e. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at support@rivers.ae within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds
a. Return Process
Due to the hygienic nature of oral care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. once a product has been opened or used. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@rivers.ae . Provide us with your order number and clear photos of the item.
b. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
- It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account
